摘要
在 0 .2 3m× 0 .2 3m燃煤循环流化床上进行了掺烧城市生活垃圾的实验 ,研究了掺烧垃圾过程中气体污染物的排放规律 .实验结果表明 ,随垃圾加入量的增加 ,飞灰中含碳量减少 ,燃烧效率增加 ,HCl排放浓度增加 ,NO ,SO2 排放量减少 ,N2 O排放浓度先降低后增加 ,灰渣中二恶英含量随垃圾加入量的增加而增加 .
The co-firing tests of municipal solid waste (MSW) and coal were performed in a 0.23 m × 0.23 m circulating fluidized bed (CFB). The influences of the ratio of MSW to coal on the efficiency and the emission of SO2, HCl, NO, N2O and dioxin were studied. Experimental research shows that the efficiency and HCl emission increase when MSW are fed into the CFB. SO2 and NO emissions decrease with MSW increasing. With the ratio of MSW to coal increasing, the N2O emission increases slowly. Dioxin in the fly ash and slag increases with municipal refuse increasing.
