器官分化与PAL活性及花色素苷累积的关系

摘要 通过适当的激素调控,胡萝卜、蒲公英愈伤组织可分化出芽、根和胚状体,其芽的分化与花色素苷累积存在密切关系、胡萝卜愈伤组织在器官分化过程中,PAL分别在第3、20天有一峰值,第二峰值与器官分化有一定关系。 Under the control of planthorme the buds, roots and embryoids can be induced from the calli of the carrot and the dandelion, The differentiation of buds was much related with the accumulation of the anthocynin in the calli. Two peaks of PAL activity were observed during the organ differentiating from the carrot calli(separately at the 3rd day and the 20th day),the second peak may be considered as a marker enzyme for organ differentiating.
