摘要
基于供应链网状结构模型 ,提出了该模型的多级库存控制问题 .引入前置时间和订单执行率等参量 ,分析了供应链上各节点企业发生的订货费、存贮费和运输费 .在假定需求函数和前置时间函数是随机分布的前提下 ,研究了在保证供应链上各企业一定订单执行率的条件下 ,确定最佳订货批量和订货临界点的方法 ,使供应链上总的库存费用最低 ;并以三级库存模型为例 ,给出了一种验证模型的方法 .该模型能完整地表示多级库存系统中各实体之间的活动和相互关系 ,有效降低供应链上的库存成本 。
The proposed model is developed to determine the reorder point and the order quantity for each inventory in the supply chain, under stochastic demand and lead time conditions, subject to customer service constrains. The decisions in the model were made through a comprehensive distribution based cost framework that includes the inventory, transportation and transit components of the supply chain. Finally, an example based on three echelon inventory system was presented to verify the usefulness of the approach. The model integrally describes the relationships between the entities in the multi echelon inventory system, and can efficiently increase the coordination of the supply chain.
