摘要 介绍了 Na Co2 O4 氧化物热电材料的基本结构与性能特征 ,重点讨论了 Na Co2 O4 热电材料的研究进展 ;对 Na Co2 O4 材料的掺杂 (掺入 Ba、Ca、Na、Ag等 )研究和 Na Co2 O4 材料研究中存在的问题进行了评述。 This paper briefly presents the basic structure and properties of the NaCo 2O 4 oxide thermoelectric materials. The authors mostly discussed the Na site substitution of the NaCo 2O 4 materials. The problems in the NaCo 2O 4 materials' basic research were finally mooted.
