摘要
针对铁路运输轮毂过热现象,采用Z元件作为测温传感器,以Z元件的脉冲频率信号输出方式作为工作方式,提出了利用单片机系统对多点轮毂温度进行采集处理的检测方法.经模拟运行证明,该系统使用方便,可靠性强.
Aiming at the overheating phenomena of wheel in the railway transportation, this article brings out a detecting method of gathering and processing the wheel's multipoint temperature by the single chip system, using Z-elements as measure temperature sensor and utilizing the output patterns of Z-elements'pulse frequency signal as working ways. Analog running proves that this system has working convenience and strong stability.
