常压烧结碳化硅陶瓷的力学性能与质量密度 被引量:5

摘要 通过烧结工艺试验和力学性能检测以及数据处理等试验方法,建立了力学性能与质量密度的数学关系式,并通过α相常压烧结碳化硅陶瓷为学性能与质量密度对应关系的试验研究,为实现烧结过程的计算机仿真奠定了试验数据和数学模型基础. The relationship of the mechanical properties and the density of ceramic made by pressureless sintering process,with checking the mechanical properties and data processing, has been investigated, the relation of mechanical properties to the density of silicon carbide ceramic has been established. The basis of data processing and mathematics model for computer simulation of sintering process has been established.
