水稻C1001多胚苗发生规律的研究 被引量:5

摘要 经过3年四代的田间试验和研究表明,水稻无融合生殖材料C1001B有性结实的种子和C1001A×B的种子能产生一定频率的多胚苗;去雄结实和C100lA的单性种子只产生单苗;C1001B的多胚苗特性能稳定遗传,受胞质效应影响,随发芽时温度的提高C1001B多胚苗发生频率有提高的趋势;通过特殊的选择方式,C1001B双苗发生频率可以提高。 The field experiments and reseach for four generations for three years indicated that the sexual reproduction seeds of rice C1001B and that of C1001A could produce a certain frequency of polyembryonic seedlings. The unisexual seeds of C1001A could only produce monoseedlings. The polyembryonic characteristic of C1001B kept stable, affeeted by cytoplasm effect. The frequency of the C1001B polyembryonic seedling rose as the temperature rose during the sprouting. The frequency of C1001B double seedling could be improved with a particular selection method.
