摘要
本文首次报道了重叠穗大麦的核型与GiemsaC带带型,核型公式为2n=2x=14=12m(2SAT)+2Sm(SAT),C带带型公式为2n=14=2CIT+2CIT+2CIT+2CIT+2CI+T+2CI+TN+2CTTN。熏叠穗夫麦染色体c带带型与早熟3号一致。染色体相对长度两者间也无显著差异,鉴此,作者认为重叠穗大麦为基因突变的变异系。
It was the first time that the karyotype and the Giemsa C—band pattern of the overlapping barley in the article. The formula for the karyotype was 2n=2x=14=12m (2SAT)+2Sm (SAT). The formula for the Giemsa C—band pattern was 2n=2x=14=2CIT+2CIT+2CIT+2CI+T+2CI+TN+2CITN. The C-band pattern in chromosome of the overlapping barley showed no difference with that of the zhaoshu No. 3 and the relative length of chromosome between the two showed no obvious difference, too. So the authors held that the overlapping barley was a genic mutation.
