高职教育深化教学改革要体现培养目标和模式、教学规模、办学途径、技能培养和师资队伍特点,牢固树立教学工作的中心地位、教改的核心地位和教学质量的永恒主题地位。教改关键在于加强和改革教学管理、改革那些与工作任务不适应的管理方法和制度,转变思想观念,突出办学特色,改革教学体系。办学体制的改革是深化教学改革的基础,加强对教改工作的领导是使工作得以顺利进行的保证。

To deepen educational reform, training goals and modes, educational scale, the educational ways, skills training and characteristics of teaching staff must be reflected; the central status of teaching, the core status of the educational reforms, and the everlasting theme of education quality should be firmly established. The key to the educational reforms lies in strengthening educational management, reforming educational ways and systems that is unsuitable to the jobs and task to change educational concepts, stress on educational characteristics and reform educational systems. The reforms of educational systems are the basis of deepening the reforms, and strengthening leadership is the guarantee of success.
