摘要
本文总结了近年来关于角膜缘干细胞基础理论的研究 ,以及角膜缘干细胞的生物学特征、理化特性、组织学鉴定、增殖调控及其受体 ,有助于深入认识角膜缘干细胞的特性及其在机体中的重要作用。
