改良式额肌瓣悬吊术治疗先天性重症上睑下垂临床观察

Clinical observation of modified musculus frontalis flap suspension surgery for severe congenital blepharoptosis

目的 寻找一种治疗先天性重症上睑下垂的筒单有效的手术方法。方法 按照重睑成形术原则设计重睑线,作眉弓下辅助切口,以瞳孔中线为中心,作一上宽2cm,下宽1.5 cm的额肌瓣,并将其缝合至睑板上缘处。结果在30眼中26眼治愈（占86％）,4眼基本治愈（占14％）,双重睑形成自然美观,无畸形。结论 该术式简单,组织损伤小,出血少,效果好。是先天性重症上睑下垂的首选手术方式。

ve To introduce a simple and effective method for treating severe congenital blepharoptosis ( SCB). Methods Dual eyelid line was designed according to the rule of dual eyelid plastic operation. An ajuvant incision was made under arch. A musculus frontatis flap with upper side 2 cm and low side 1. 5 cm was designed in the center of pupil centre line. Musculus frontatis flap was sewn to the upper edge of tarsal plate. Results Among 30 eyes,the apperance of dual eyelid was natural,pretty and no deformity. Conclusion This operation is simple and very effective. It' s the first choice operation for SCB.
