摘要
本文利用浸润法较方便地构建了一种新型的以柔性链PEO为间隔的肝素化聚苯乙烯表面 ,所得表面经甲苯胺蓝法、扫描电镜和ESCA及体外抗凝性的检测 ,证实肝素能够固定在聚合物的表面区域 ,显示较好的抗凝性 ,并保持适当的稳定性 ,为开发生物化高分子表面提供了值得探索的途径。
Heparin is covalently combined to SPEO or ODO through reaction of SPEO or ODO and heparin in the presence of DCCI. The heparinized surfaces could be obtained by SPEO-heparin or ODO-heparin THF/water mixture solution treatment. Heparin and PEO chain may move to the upper surface region of the modified PS films when the films contacts with water. Thus obtained surfaces exhibited heparin-like antithrombogenic activity. Hydrophilic 'spacer' is helpful for the biological activity of the immobilized heparin on the polymer surfaces.
