扩张皮肤移植后的生物力学特性 被引量:7

摘要 对狗背部扩张后和相应对照侧的皮肤软组织在移植后的不同阶段 ,分别进行应力 应变、应力松弛特性和极限抗拉强度实验。在移植后的短时期内 ,扩张组的力学性能相对于其对照组发生较大的偏离 ;但随着移植后恢复时间的增加 ,扩张组的力学性能又逐渐接近其对照组。扩张试件在移植后 2 4周的生物力学性能基本恢复。 Expended skin specimens from dogs and their controls were studied at different stages after transplantation. The stress-relaxation characteristics, stress-strain characteristics and tensile strength were measured. The results showed that during the initial stage after transplantation, the biomechanical properties of expanded skin specimens deviated from those of their controls significantly. But the biomechanical properties of expanded skin specimens and their controls began to closed to each other gradually with increased recovery time. And when the recovery time reached 24 weeks or longer, the experimental specimens exhibited the same mechanical characteristics as their controls.
