P53,Bcl-2与Bax蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达

EXPRESSION AND SIGNIFICANCE OF P53,Bcl-2 AND Bax ONCOPROTIEN IN GASTRIC CARCINOMA

①目的 探讨P5 3,Bcl 2与Bax蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达及意义。②方法 应用免疫组化技术 ,检测 4 5例胃癌组织、2 1例胃溃疡组织中P5 3,Bcl 2 ,Bax蛋白的表达。③结果 胃癌组织中P5 3,Bcl 2 ,Bax蛋白的阳性表达率分别为 4 2 .2 %,4 .4 %,93.3%,胃溃疡组织中的阳性率分别为 0 ,0 ,5 2 .4 %,P5 3与Bax蛋白在胃癌及胃溃疡组织中的表达差异有显著性 (uc=4 .4 8,6 .35 ,P <0 .0 1) ,Bcl 2蛋白在胃癌及胃溃疡组织中的表达差异无显著意义 (uc=0 .5 0 ,P >0 .1)。④结论 P5 3,Bax蛋白的表达与胃癌的发生可能有关。

Objective To study the expressions and significance of P53, Bcl 2 and Bax oncoprotein in gastric carcinomas. Methods\ The expressions of P53, Bcl 2 and Bax oncoprotien in tissues of 45 cases of gastric carcinoma and 21 cases of gastric ulcer were detected by immunohistochemical technique. \ Results\ The positive expression rates of P53, Bcl 2 and Bax oncoprotein in the tissues of carcinoma were 42.2%, 4.4% and 93.3%, the positive rates in ulcerative issues were 0, 0 and 52.4%, respectively. The expressions of P53 and Bax protein in the cancer tissue and ulcerative tissue were of significant differences( u c=4.48, 6.35 , P <0.01). The difference was not significant for the expressions of Bcl 2 protein in the cancer tissue and the ulcerative tissue ( u c= 0.50, P >0.1). \ Conclusion\ The development of gastric carcinoma seems to bear a relationship to expressions of P53 and Bax protein.
