性联无丙种球蛋白血症的Btk蛋白表达的研究

Study on Bruton's tyrosine kinase protein expression in children with X-linked agammaglobulinemia

通过对8例性联低丙球血症 (XLA)患儿Btk蛋白表达的研究 ,了解Btk蛋白表达缺陷与XLA的相关性。应用蛋白印迹技术 ,观察患儿及对照组儿童Btk蛋白表达条带分布情况 ,结果发现正常儿Btk蛋白表达正常 ,而XLA者则有Btk蛋白表达缺陷。

In this study, the assay of Bruton's tyrosine kinase(Btk) protein expression was carried out in childrenwith X_linked agammaglobulinemia(XLA) to observe whether there exists a possible relationship between the expression deficiency of Btk protein and XLA.With Western Blot technique,the band distribution patterns of BTK protein was analysed in 8 children with XLA and 11 normal children as controls.As a result,the band distribution pattern of Btk protein expression was normal in normal controls.Whileas,this expression pattern of children with XLA was observed to be deficient,thereby suggesting that this kind of assessment is of great significance in confirming the diagnosis of XLA in children.
