针刺影响慢性脊髓损伤大鼠BDNF及其受体TrkB的表达 被引量:20

摘要 目的 :探索针刺治疗慢性脊髓损伤的作用机理。方法 :采用大鼠后路渐进性脊髓压迫动物模型 ,然后手术减压 ,并进行电针治疗。观察联合行为评分 (CBS)和脑源性神经营养因子 (BDNF)及其受体TrkB的免疫组化变化。结果 :脊髓损伤后BDNF和TrkB在神经元及胶质细胞表达增强 ,经过电针治疗后 ,BDNF和TrkB在神经元和胶质细胞的表达下降。CBS值显示 ,电针组明显优于减压组 ,电针组与减压组比较统计学差异具有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :电针治疗可以促进脊髓损伤大鼠的行为功能恢复 ,BDNF及其受体TrkB介导了电针的治疗过程 ,与促进行为功能恢复有关。 Objective:To study the mechanisms of electro acupuncture on chronic spinal cord injury of rats.Methods:A model of chronic spinal cord injury was made.After sixty days,the pressure installs were removed.Electro-acupuncture was performed on Du channel.A quantitive analysis was carried out on combined behavioral score (CBS).The expressions of BDNF and TrkB observed through immunohistochemistry method.Results: After spinal cord injury,enhanced BDNF and TrkB immunoreactivities were evident in the anterior and the astrocyte like cells.Furthermore,they were diminished in the electro acupuncture groups.Meanwhile,CBS was improved,too.There were significant differences between the groups of electro acupuncture and the decompression( P <0 05).Conclusion:The treatment of electro acupuncture may promote behavioral function recovery of experimental animals.We suggest that BDNF and TrkB take part in the treatment of electro acupuncture.Electro acupuncture facilitates the regeneration and repairs of the spinal cord injured.
