bcl-X/L蛋白在食管鳞癌癌变过程中的表达及临床意义

bcl-X/L Protein Expression and Clinical Significance in Esophageal Squamous Cell Canceration Course

目的 :探讨bcl X L蛋白在食管鳞癌癌变过程中的表达。方法 :采用SABC免疫组化法 ,检测 4 5例食管鳞癌组织、癌旁粘膜及切缘正常粘膜上皮的bcl X L表达情况。结果 :非典型增生的bcl X L阳性率明显高于正常及单纯增生上皮 ,差异有高度显著性 (P <0 0 1)。随着非典型增生的加重 (轻、中、重 )bcl X L的阳性率逐渐升高 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。癌组织中bcl X L表达较高且与癌分化程度、淋巴结转移无关 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :bcl X L高表达在食管鳞癌的发生中起一定作用 。

Objective: To study bcl X/L protein expression in esophageal squamous cell canceration course. Methods:Immunohistochemical SABC method was used to detect the expression of bcl X/L in 45 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)lesion, para cancerous mucosa and normal mucosa Results: The difference of positive rate was found highly significant (P<0 01) between dysplasia lesion and non precancerous lesion. The positive rates in dysplasia epithelia were gradually increased from low grade to high grade . The expression of bcl X/L protein was high in cancerous lesion, but it was not correlated with differentiation and lymphatic metastasis (P>0 05). Conclusion: High expression of bcl X/L may play some role in the occurrence of ESCC.
