摘要
目的 研究氧应激及益心康胶囊含药血清对大鼠心肌线粒体结构和功能的影响。方法 利用 Fe2 + /抗坏血酸损伤体系在体外攻击线粒体模型 ,观察对线粒体脂质过氧化、呼吸链细胞色素含量及复合物 活性的影响。结果 氧应激损伤可致线粒体脂质过氧化 ,呼吸链细胞色素明显丢失 ,复合物 活性降低。益心康和复方丹参片含药血清可使线粒体脂质过氧化程度减低 ,细胞色素含量增加 ,复合物 活性增加。
Objective To observe the effects of oxygen stress and Yi Xin Kang capsule containing serums on structure and function of mitochondria respiratory chain of rat myocardium. Methods Mitochondria were injured by Fe 2+ /VitC in vitro and the content of lipid peroxidation (LPO) and cytochrome, activity of complex Ⅳwas observed. Results The degree of LPO increased and the content of cytochroms and the activity of complex Ⅳ of mitochondria decreased significantly in Fe 2+ /VitC group concentration dependently. Yi Xin Kang containing serum significantly prevented the loss of mitochondria cytochromes and the activity of complex Ⅳ. Conclusion Yi Xin Kang containing serums possessed the protective effects on mitochondria structure and function induced by oxygen stress.
