摘要
运用概率方法，给出了二阶矩阵降秩与数量估计，基于这一结论，估计出了随机给出的二平面直接线交的可能性大小。
By using probability method, in this papar were given numerical estimates on singularity and nonsingularity of second order matrix.On the basis of the results,it was estimated that possibility of intersection of two plane straight line given randomly.
