Regional Sustainable Development Science and Regional PRED System Theory

本文从区域发展系统空间层次分析切入，阐明区域发展系统可持续运行规律是区域可持续发展的研究对象，而特定区域的PRED系统的运行规律 是区域发展系统运行进规律的集中体现；认为区域PRED系统论是区域可持续发展学的基本理论，并对其丰富内涵作了系统阐述。

The present paper expounds that the sustainable motion law Regional Development System(RDS) is the research target of Regional Sustainable Development Science (RSDS) with the thorough spatial arrangement analysis of RDS,and the motion law of the PRED system of a certain region embodies intensively the motion law of RDS.It admits that the regional PRED system theory is the basic theory of RSDS and clarifies systematically its rich intension.
