我国经济低发育地区农村城市化的制度机制及创新

Study on the Systematic Mechanism and Innovation of Rural Urbanization in the Undeveloped Region in China

现有文献表明：制度安排与变迁是中国乡城转型的关系，对中国农村城市化进程具有至关重要的影响，本文借鉴西方新制度经济学的基本观点，分析了有效制度安排对促进农村城市化过程及作用机理，并附以数学函数证明，并对经济低发育地区农村城市化制度创新的四个方面进行初步探讨。

The urban science documents now available indicated:the system factor was the key of the transfer of rural to urban in China ,and it was of utmost important influence to the development process of rural urbanization in China. Using the basic views of the west new institutional economics for reference,this paper analyzed the process and mechanism of the effective system to promote rural urbanization,which was also given a functional prove of mathematic .At last the author preliminarily discussed the ways and methods of system innovation of undeveloped rural urbanization in west China.
