摘要
对人才的重新认识 ,导致创造教育的开展 ,德育在创造中起主导作用 ,创造教育是实现德育目标的载体之一。通过创造教育提高了德育效益 ;创造发明活动是德育的有效途径 ,而德育工作的创新 ,又优化了创造教育的环境 ;班主任的积极参与 ,使创造教育面向全体学生 ,创造教育也促进了班级管理。
The recognition of the talents causes the development of creative education. The moral education takes the guiding part in creation education while the latter is one of the factors that realize the former. The creative and inventing activities are the efficacious ways for moral education which can also achieve its improvement by creative education. And the renewal of moral education at the same time makes the better environment for creative education. The creative education faces each student when the instructors of classes take active part in it. And the creative education conversely promotes the management of classes.
