入世后国有商业银行上市的再思考

Re-consideration of State-own commercial bank'sissuing stocks after entry into WTO

本文通过分析入世对国有商业银行上市的有利方面以及上市后国有银行国际竞争力的增强,提出银行上市是必然趋势。但目前上市还存在一些问题。就现存问题本文又提出相应的解决办法,以利于国有商业银行早日上市。

Through analyzing the aspects that entry into WTO is helpful to State own commercial bank's issuing stocks and that the latter is also benefit to it's international competitive force,the author's view is that State own commercial bank's issuing stocks is the tide.But there are still some problems.In order to expedite the process of the issuing stocks,the author provide with taking some relative measure.
