运用系统工程学原理并结合国内外大型工程建设总承包的实践,初步论述在工程公司总包项目中,必须对项目进行综合控制,并对综合控制作理论推断;同时概述了国际惯用的控制方法。

Employing systematic engineering principles together with the practice of domestic and foreign general large engineering project, the necessity of comprehensive control for general contracting projects of engineering company are expounded, and some theoretical deductions from comprehensive control are given. Meanwhile, the commonly-used project control methods in the world are reviewed.
