In this paper, the relative theory about investment project risk management and the difference between uncertainty analysis and risk analysis in the project feasibility research are expounded in detail, and the method of risk estimation and analysis is introduced, in which the discussion of methods of probability and adjusted discounting rate are highlighted. Finally, it concludes that resorting to the risk analysis method can decrease the investment project risk to the lowest degree.
