浙江国有工业企业退出绩效实证分析

A Positive Analysis on Exit Performance of State-owned Industry Enterprises in Zhejiang Province

本文通过对浙江省 1 996— 1 999年度国有工业企业及各行业的绩效数据 ,用“参与度”及“退出度”两个指标量化国有企业在各行业介入程度 ;采用财政部国有企业绩效评估准则量化行业的绩效水平。分析浙江省国有工业企业在各行业介入程度的变化 ,研究国有企业行业参与度与绩效水平的关系 ,实证浙江省国有工业企业的退出绩效。

Based on the performance data from Zhejiang provincial state-owned enterprises and all walks in Year 1996-1999, two indexes 'entry rate' and 'exit rate' are used in this paper to calculate the state-owned enterprises interference in all walks . The State-owned Enterprises Performance Evaluation Standard under the Financial Ministry is used to evaluate the performance of each walk. By way of calculating and analyzing the variation of the state-owned enterprises interference in all walks in Zhejiang, this paper makes a study on the relationship between the 'entry rate' of the state-owned enterprises and the performance, so as to verify the exit performance of the state-owned industry enterprises in Zhejiang Province.
