Entering into WTO and Intellect Propetry Right of Firms

知识产权是知识经济时代企业的核心财富 ,是市场竞争的利器。国内企业在总体上知识产权意识淡薄 ,不能适应中国加入WTO后市场竞争的需要 ,急需提高对知识产权重要地位的认识。研究知识产权战略 ,开发、保护自己的知识产权 ,有效应对国外优势知识产权的挑战 ,是国内企业面临的重要任务。

Intellect property right is the firms'key weal thand sharp weapons in market competition in the times of knowledge economy,but the domestic firms of China as a whole are indifferent to such issue,unable to adjust themselves into the market competition after China's accession of WTO,and therefore badly in need of improving their understanding of the importance of intellect property right.It is one of the singnificant tasks for Chinese firms to carry out a proper strategy,open up their own intellect property right and protect it from tort in order to response to the challenge from foreign firms.
