中西医结合治疗视网膜静脉闭塞疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine on retinal vein embolism

目的 观察中西医结合治疗视网膜静脉闭塞的临床疗效。方法 将 40例视网膜静脉闭塞患者随机分为治疗组 2 0例和对照组 2 0例 ,对照组予止血、扩血管、能量合剂等西药治疗 ;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上 ,根据分期以止血、活血化瘀、滋阴补肾、养肝明目等中药治疗 ,并对其疗效进行临床观察。结果 治疗组显效率 75 % ,总有效率 90 % ,对照组分别为35 %、60 % ,2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。

To observe the therapeutic effect of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine on retinal vein embolism. Methods 40 patients with retinal vein embolism were randomly divided into two groups.20 patients in control group were treated with western medicine;20 patients in treanment group,based on the treatment of western medicine,were treated with the Traditional Chinese medicine, which had the effects of stopping bleeding ,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, nourishing Yin and tonifying the kidney. Results The effective rate and total effective rate were 75% and 90 % in treatment group, and 35% , 60% in control group respectively,there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine is effective in treating retinal vein embolism.
