摘要 目的在合理的计算复杂度下 ,尽量保持原始心电图 (ECG)信号有用信息的同时获得尽可能大的数据压缩比。方法将L帧经过预处理的一维ECG信号组成一幅二维图像 ,通过双向小波变换 ,尽量解除ECG信号的帧间相关性和帧内相关性 ,并采用合适的编码达到压缩数据的目的。结果更好地消除了两种数据相关性 ,得到了更高的压缩比。结论本算法和一维小波变换域压缩法相比 。 Objective To get a higher compression ratio with a reasonable implementation complexity while maintaining useful information of original ECG signal as much as possible. Method After preprocessing, a two dimensional image consisting of L frames one dimensional ECG signal was obtained.Bidirectional wavelet transform was performed on the image to reduce both interframe and intraframe correlations, and then the wavelet coefficients were encoded appropriately to compress the data. Result A higher compression ratio was achieved as a result of the great reduction of the two kinds of correlations. Conclusion This algorithm achieved a higher compression ratio than those achieved by 1 D wavelet transform compression method.
