戊二醛与紫外线联合用于手术室空气消毒效果观察 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨无空气层流净化设备手术室连台手术间快速、高效、安全的空气消毒方法。方法将 6间空间相等的手术间分为三组 ,观察组用 0 .1%戊二醛喷雾加紫外线照射行空气消毒 ,对照 组用 0 .5 %戊二醛喷雾消毒 ,对照 组用紫外线照射消毒。结果观察组消毒 2 0 min,空气中细菌数 [(46 .0± 5 .1) cfu/ m3]达到卫生部标准 ;对照 、 组分别消毒 1、2 h,空气中细菌数 [(12 4 .0± 5 .1) cfu/ m3、(194 .0± 5 .0 ) cfu/ m3]才符合卫生部标准。观察组与对照 、 组比较 ,均 P<0 .0 0 1,差异有极显著性意义。结论 0 .1%戊二醛喷雾加紫外线照射能快速杀灭连台手术间空气中的细菌 ,利于连台手术及时进行。 Objective To explore a quick, effective and safe air sterilization method for the operating room in the case of consecutive emergency operation by air purification device without layer flow. Methods Six operating rooms with same volume were divided into three groups: observation group receiving air sterilization with 0 1% glutaraldehyde plus ultraviolet radiation; control group Ⅰ receiving sterilization with 0 5% glutaraldehyde and control group Ⅱ receiving sterilization with ultraviolet radiation. Results After sterilization for 20 min, bacterial number in the air (46 0±5 1 cfu/m 3) in the observation group met the standard issued by Ministry of Public Health, while in the control group I (124 0±5 1 cfu/m 3) and Ⅱ (194 0±5 0 cfu/m 3) bacterial number in the air did after sterilization for 1 h and 2 h respectively. There was very significant difference between observation group and control group Ⅰ or Ⅱ ( P <0 001). Conclusion Combined 0 1% glutaraldehyde spraying with ultraviolet radiation could quickly kill the bacteria of the air of the operating room in the case of consecutive emergency operation.
