癫痫持续状态脑损伤机制研究 被引量:19

摘要 癫痫持续状态后脑损伤的机制尚不清楚,近年来研究认为,癫痫持续状态后病人全身及脑生理发生改变,脑组织对葡萄糖、氧利用减少,致谷氨酸、GABA减少,神经元突触后膜抑制作用减弱,神经元过度兴奋,NMDA受体通道开放,Ca2+流入细胞内,激活细胞内一系列病理过程,调控神经元死亡;细胞内Ca2+还可通过激活早立基因等途径激活一系列级联放大反应,引起细胞调亡。
