脑血管痉挛的免疫炎症机制及对策 被引量:3

摘要 蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)后脑血管痉挛(CVS)的发生是多因素和多环节的。有证据表明免疫炎症反应参与了CVS的发生和发展过程,近年来实验研究表明相应的抗炎和免疫抑制治疗对CVS的防治具有肯定的疗效,这些研究结果加深人们对CVS免疫炎症机制的认识,并为新的CVS药理学对策研究奠定了基础。
