帕金森病手术治疗的随访效果和并发症 被引量：2

摘要 以核团毁损术和脑深部刺激术（ＤＢＳ）为主要术式的帕金森病（ＰＤ）外科治疗在国内外广泛开展。单侧苍白球腹后部毁损术早期效果较为满意，随着ＰＤ病情进展，远期效果有所下降，丘脑腹中间外侧核毁损术对震颤效果理想。双侧毁损术并发症较高。ＤＢＳ是目前ＰＤ最理想的外科治疗方法，较毁损术安全、有效，常用的靶点是丘脑底核，双侧同期或分期ＤＢＳ治疗的并发症也很少，这是ＤＢＳ的最大优点。
