脑弥漫性轴索损伤的影像诊断发展现状 被引量:3

摘要 CT和常规MR技术对显示脑弥漫性轴索损伤(DAI,diffuse axonal injury)有一定价值,但检出率不高。近来,MR新技术发展迅猛,磁化传递成像可计算人体组织内自由水氢质子和大分子质子的磁化交换;磁共振波谱技术可研究活体器官的组织代谢、生化改变及化学物定量分析;弥散加权成像是研究细胞水平水分子弥散运动状态的技术;最近,磁共振及多排螺旋CT的脑灌注成像能准确地反映局部脑组织血液动力学改变。这些新的影像技术不断运用于临床,使对DAI的诊断能力大为提高。
