蟾酥注射液配合化疗治疗中晚期胃癌31例临床观察

Clinical efficacy of Toad Venom injection combined with chemotherapy in treating 31 patients with medium and advanced gastric cancer

目的 探讨蟾酥注射液配合化疗治疗中晚期胃癌的临床疗效及作用机制。方法 5 9例患者随机分成 2组 ,治疗组 31例用蟾酥注射液配合化疗治疗 ,对照组 2 8例单纯化疗治疗。结果 治疗组总缓解率为 80 .6% ,生存质量变化改善率 87.1 % ,临床证候变化改善率83.9% ;毒副反应 :治疗组治疗后血白细胞计数低于 ( 3～ 1 0 )× 1 0 9/L者占 3.2 % ,呕吐Ⅱ级占1 2 .9%。对照组总缓解率 60 .7% ,生存质量变化改善率 5 7.1 % ,临床证候变化改善率 64.3% ;毒副反应 :治疗后血白细胞计数低于 ( 3～ 1 0 )× 1 0 9/L者占 39.3% ,呕吐Ⅱ级占 2 1 .4% ,Ⅲ级占 42 .8%。组间比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1 )。结论 蟾酥注射液可拮抗抗癌化疗所引起的毒副反应 ,具有增效减毒作用 ,并可改善患者全身状态 ,提高生活质量 。

To investigate the therapeutic effect and mechanism of action of Toad Venom injection combined with chemotherapy on medium and advanced gastric cancer.Methods 59 patients were randomly divided into two groups.31 patients in treatment group were treated by Toad Venom injection combined with chemotherapy;28 patients in control group were treated only by chemotherapy.Results In treatment group,the total remission rate was 80.6%,the improvement rate of life quality was 87.1%, the improvement rate of clinical symptoms was 83.9% . The side effects:the patients in treatment group, whose WBC was below 3～10×10 9/L, accounted for 3.2%,vomiting II grade accounted for 12.9%. In control group,the total remission rate was 60.7%,the improvement rate of life quality was 57.1%, the improvement rate of clinical symptoms was 64.3%.The side effects:the patients in control group, whose WBC was below 3-10×10 9/L,accounted for 39.3%,vomiting II grade accounted for 21.4%, vomiting Ⅲ grade accounted for 42.8%.There was significant difference between the two groups( P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Toad Venominjection can antagonizing the side effects caused by chemotherapy, and improve the general condition, improve the life quality and prolong the life time of the patients.
