摘要
目的 观察缺氧缺血性脑损伤新生猪脑电生理的变化。方法 采用结扎新生猪 (7只 )一侧颈总动脉并置于8%氧气和 92 %氮气环境 2小时制成缺氧缺血性脑损伤 (HIBD)模型。颅骨钻孔埋置皮层电极记录新生猪缺氧前、缺氧期间及缺氧后的皮层脑电图 (ECo G)变化。结果 ECo G异常率为 85 .7% (6 /7)。其中 6 6 .7%的异常发生在缺氧缺血的 6 0~90分钟。棘波、尖波、高波幅慢波及棘慢综合波为主要异常方式。 ECo G异常的所有动物均有抽搐发生。结论 早期。
Objective To observe the electric physiologic changes in newborn piglets with HIBD.Methods HIBD model was set up by ligation of left carotid of 7 piglets and putting them into a box containing 8% oxygen and 92% nitrogen for 2 hours.ECoG was recorded by monitoring the waves before and after hypoxic ischemia through boring the skull and placing the electrodes on the cortex of piglets.Results Abnormal ECoG rate in HIBD animals was 85.7% (6/7 ).Among them,66.7% of the abnormalities took place at 60~90 minutes of hypoxia.The main abnormal waves on ECoG include the spike wave,sharp wave,high attitude slow wave and spike slow complex waves.All animals with abnormal ECoG had the episodes of seizures.Conclusion It is very helpful in early diagnosis and treatment of HIBD to monitor the EEG changes consecutively as early as possible.
