摘要
该文讨论了用于含噪复值信号功率估计的两种结构简单、计算高效、可具有预测特性、可保证输出估计恒为正值的功率估计系统。功率估计的偏差和方差可以通过优化设计FIR子系统来达到最小或减小。用于移动通信CDMA系统功率控制的仿真表明:控制能力提高,低信噪比时系统差错率下降。
Two algorithms are discussed for estimating the power of the signal component from a noisy signal. They have simple structures, thus are computationally very efficient. They can be designed to be predictive. The bias and variance of the power estimation can be minimized or reduced by optimizing the FIR subsystems. It is shown by simulations that employing them to the power control loop in a CDMA mobile communication system results in higher control abilities and lower BERs when signal-to-noise ratio is low.
