膀胱移行细胞癌中血管内皮生长因子表达与肿瘤细胞增殖的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨膀胱移行细胞癌 (TCC)中血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)的表达与肿瘤细胞增殖的关系。方法 用鼠抗人VEGF单克隆抗体及Ki\|67抗原单克隆抗体对 75例TCC和 1 0例正常膀胱粘膜组织进行免疫组化染色。结果 TCC中VEGF表达和Ki 67指数(Ki 67LI)明显增高 ,且与肿瘤病理分级、临床分期和淋巴结转移呈正相关性。VEGF表达与Ki 67LI之间亦具有正相关性。结论 VEGF和Ki 67LI从血管生成和增殖活性两个不同的侧面反映了肿瘤细胞的生长浸润能力 ,联合检测VEGF和Ki 67LI对评估膀胱移行细胞癌生物学行为具有重要意义。 Objective To study the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and Ki\|67 in bladder transitional cell carcinorma(TCC) , to evaluate the relationship between VEGF and tumor cell proliferation . Methods With mouse anti\|human VEGF and Ki\|67 monoclonal antibody , immunohistochemistry was used to examine the expression of VEGF and Ki\|67 in 75 cases of TCC and10 cases of normal bladder tissue as contrast. Results VEGF and Ki\|67 highly expressed in TCC;VEGF expression and Ki\|67 labeling index(Ki\|67 LI) in TCC were positively related to the tumor pathological grade clinical stage and lymphoid node metastasis as well.Conclusion VEGF expression and Ki\|67 LI reflected the ability of tumor growth and invasion at the basis of angiogenesis and proliferation respectively. Combined examination of VEGF expression and Ki\|67 LI has an important significance in evaluating the biological behavior of TCC.
