单次大剂量电子束照射治疗瘢痕的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 观察电子束术后单次大剂量照射治疗瘢痕的疗效及皮肤晚期反应。方法  1 998年 5月至 2 0 0 0年 5月我院收治的 1 0 8例术后瘢痕患者 ,随机分成两组。结果  (1 )研究组瘢痕复发率为 1 1 .1 %(6/5 4) ,对照组为 1 2 .9% (7/5 4) ,二者比较无统计学意义 ,P >0 .0 5。 (2 )皮肤晚期损伤 ,研究组 1级 4例 ,2级 1例 ;对照 1级 3例 ,2级 2例 ,二者比较均无统计学显著意义 ,P >0 .0 5。结论 电子束单次大剂量照射是治疗瘢痕的一种有效方法 ,耐受性良好 ,与传统的分次照射相比 ,有治疗周期短 ,花费低 ,剂量分布好等优点。 Objective To Observe the effect of treatment of keloids and late effect of skin with once electron beam irradiation in high\|dose.Methods Between May 1999 and May 2000, one hundred and eight patients with keloids after operation were treated in our hospital. They were randomized into two groups. Results 6 patients (11.1%) had keloids recurrence in the study group; 7 patients (12.9%) in the control group, There is no significant difference between two groups ( P >0.05). Grad 1, and Grad2 late effect of skin observed in 4 patients, in 3 patients, and in 1 patients, in 2 patients in the study group and in the control group ( P >0.05), respectively.Conclusion Once electron beam irradiation in high\|dose is an effective treatment for keloids. It is well tolerated, it's advantage over traditional radiotherapy is its low cost, shorter period of treatment and the better dose distribution.
