摘要 对杜瓦瓶漏热、微型斯特林制冷器冷指与杜瓦瓶组件耦合漏热进行了分析 ,得出斯特林制冷器与杜瓦瓶组件耦合时漏热量与微型节流制冷器和杜瓦瓶组件耦合时漏热量的区别 ,提出了斯特林制冷器与杜瓦瓶组件耦合时漏热量不但包括传统的三项漏热 ,而且应加上残余自由分子热传导引起的漏热量和穿梭漏热量。 This article tells the analysis of the Dewar assembly itself and also analyses the thermal loss when the micro stirling cryocooler coupling with the Dewar assembly. It compares the difference when the Dewar assembly is connecting with Stirling cooler and the J T cooler. The conclusion is: the thermal loss for the Dewar assembly coupling with the micro Strling cryocooler is not only including the conventional thermal loss, conducting, convection, radiation, but also consisting of some conducting loss due to the remaining gas free molecular and the shuttling loss. It is suggested that different coupling structure should be used when Dewar assembly is connecting with different kind of coolers.
