民族地区与全国其他地区一样 ,面临着农村剩余劳动力的转移问题。劳动力转移和流动存在形式单一、水平低且无序等问题 ,需要政府采取措施加以干预和引导。
It's highly important for us to study the reasons,characteristics,effects and existing problems of rural migration in ethnic region.The changes in Bulang's economical and social life are caused by 'push factors' and 'pull factors'.Rural migration and labours' transference have exerted great influence on Bulang nationality and will continue to influence them in the future.
