摘要
随着全球经济一体化的进展 ,尤其是我国加入WTO后 ,企业间的竞争将日趋激烈 ,而表现最为明显的竞争是人才竞争。因此 ,企业人力资源的有效开发与管理将是企业取胜之关键。
With thg unity of global economy,the competition between the enterprises will become increasingly acute after China joins WTO.The clearly competition is that the enterprises compete with another in qualified scientists and technicians.So the effective development and management will be key to the success for the enterprises.
