摘要
我国尚未建立完善的个人信用制度和社会保障制度,信用消费法规不健全和缺乏科学的信用消费营销策略,使消费信贷的发展与理论界的预期和国家刺激消费的愿望有较大差距。
: Now in China, founding of the personal credit system is imperfect; the construction of the social guarantee system is rather slow; the laws and regulations of credit consumption are not amplified and scientific marketing tactics of credit consumption are wanted, all of which makes greater difference in the development of credit consumption, heoreticials' expectation and the state's desire to stimulate people's consumption.
