On Tanchun′s idea of managing property

探春在《红楼梦》中并不是主要人物 ,她为贾政庶出。但她的精明和才智却使她在管理方面显示了睿智的光辉。特别是她提出在经济管理方面的承包制 ,给后人以深刻的启示 ,生于末世 ,无可奈何 ,探春无法在那个时代展示自己的才华 ,正是这个女性的悲剧。

Tanchun,being born of a concubine of Jiazheng,was not an important character in the novel 'A Dream of Red Mansions'.Thereverthe less,she,being smart and witty,showed her outstanding ability in property management.In particular,she suggested that economic affairs be managed in accordance with contract system,which greatly inspired the later generations.Being born in a declining era,she could do nothing to display her intelligence.And this was really a great pity for her.
