补肾调冲法治疗卵巢功能失调性不孕的实验研究

Experimental Study on BuShenTiaoChong on Treating Non-Pregnancy Caused by Unbalanced Function of Ovary

目的:探讨补肾调冲法治疗卵巢功能失调性不孕症的作用机理。方法:选择雌性小白鼠72只,大白鼠38只,各随机分4组,分别予以补肾方、调冲方、补肾调冲方及生理盐水灌胃。观察排卵和黄体情况、血清E2、LH含量及卵巢环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)水平。结果:补肾调冲方具有明显的促卵泡发育、促黄体生成功能;可使脑垂体前叶促性腺激素细胞分泌颗粒增多及卵泡颗粒层细胞处于活跃状态,使大鼠卵巢cAMP含量增加。结论:补肾调冲法对垂体-卵巢生殖内分泌系统具有良好的调节作用。

Objective: To discuss the functional mechanism of the method of BuShenTiaoChong on treating non-pregnancy because of the unbalanced function of ovary. Method: Selected 72 small rats and 38 Wistar mice, divided them into 4 groups as the physiological salt solution group, the BuShen group, the TiaoChong group, and BuShenTiaoChong group. The discharging of ovulation, corpus luteum;the amount of E2 ,LH in serum and the camp in ovary were observed. Results: The method of BuShenTiaoChong can effectively spur the growth of ovum cell so that the prior pituitary in brain can increase the pellets secreted by hormone cell of sex gland. The cells in ovum pellet layer are in an active status. The camp in ovary of white mice increase. Conclusion: The method of BuShenTiaoChong has good functions in adjusting the pituitary body-interior ovary reproduction secretion system.
