摘要
目的 :评价CGF - 1型复合体的抑龋能力。方法 :新拔除的磨牙 40个 ,于釉牙骨质交界处制洞(4mm× 2mm× 1.5mm) ,分别用CGF - 1型复合体、Dyract复合体、FujiⅠ玻璃离子、Durafill复合树脂充填 ,致龋酸胶(pH =4)中浸泡 2 1d后 ,偏光镜下观察充填材料周围类龋损的形成情况。结果 :充填体周围类龋损呈矩形 ,呈正双折射改变 ,CGF - 1型复合体周围类龋损在釉质和牙本质 -牙骨质的平均深度大于FujiⅠ玻璃离子和Dyract复合体 ,但较Durafill复合树脂小。结论 :CGF - 1型复合体具有一定的抑龋能力但较FujiⅠ玻璃离子和Dyract复合体弱。
AIM:To evaluate the ability of caries inhibition of CGF-1 type compomer. METHODS:Cavities(4mm×2mm×1.5mm) were made at the amelo-cemental junction of 40 freshly extracted molars. The teeth were randomly restored with two compomers (CGF-1,Dyract), a glass ionomer(Fuji I) or a resin composite(Durafill).After the restored teeth were stored in artificial acid gel for 21 days,the caries-like lesions around restorative materials were examined under a polarized light microscope. RESULTS:The lesions were positively birefringent in polarized light.CGF-1 had significantly more lesion depth in enamel and dentin-cementum than that of Fuji I glass ionomer and Dyract ( P <0.05),but less than that of Durafill ( P <0.05). CONCLUSION: CGF-1 type compomer had the ability of caries inhibition,but less than that of Dyract and Fuji I.
