摘要 目的 :通过 3项致突变实验 ,观察实验动物使用鸡蛋黄抗体IgY后的毒性反应 ,评估鸡蛋黄抗体IgY的安全性。方法 :实验 1,昆明小鼠 ,雌雄各 6 0只 ,鸡蛋黄抗体IgY喷漱液经口灌胃连续 2次 ,观察受试动物骨髓微核率 ,并统计分析结果。实验 2 ,昆明小鼠 ,雄性 5 0只 ,经口连续灌胃 5d后 ,再继续喂养 30d ,高倍镜下观察精子 ,并记录畸形精子数。实验 3,将IgY加入鼠伤寒沙门氏菌组氨酸缺陷型菌珠进行试验 ,记录各组回变菌落数 ,与对照组比较 ,分析结果。结果 :3项致突变试验 (小鼠骨髓嗜染红细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验、Ames试验 )结果均为阴性。结论 :鸡蛋黄抗体IgY无致突变性 ,为安全制剂。 AIM: To evaluate the security of egg-yolk IgY by three tests: micronucleus test of bone marrow cell, sperm shape abnormality test in mice and Ames test. METHODS: Test 1:60 Kunming mices were given IgY in different concentration twice, then the number of micronucleus of bone marrow cell was tested. Test 2, 50 Kunming mices were continuously given IgY in different concentration for 5d, after 30 days the abnormal shape sperms were tested. Test 3: The deficient salmonella were given IgY. The number of colon forming unites was accounted. RESULTS: All the results in these three tests were negative. CONCLUSION: Egg-yolk IgY will not induce the mutation.
