覆膜支架介入治疗慢性DeBakeyⅢb型夹层动脉瘤的早期体会

Early Experience of Covered Endovascular Stent Graft in Treatment of Chronic Debakey Ⅲb Aortic Dissection

目的 检验覆膜支架介入治疗慢性型夹层动脉瘤的疗效。方法 行腔内覆膜支架介入治疗夹层动脉瘤 3例 ,共用支架 4个 ,封闭破口 6个。结果 破口全部封闭成功 ,假腔内即刻有血栓形成 ,支架没有移位、狭窄等并发症 ,1例发生升主动脉局部夹层形成 ,3例均康复出院。结论 覆膜支架是一种治疗DeBakeyⅢb型夹层动脉瘤的有效的方法 ,早期结果满意 ,中远期效果还有待进一步观察。

Objective To test the curative effect of covered endovascular stent in treatment of chronic DeBakeyⅢb dissection. Methods Three patients with chronic DeBakeyⅢb dissection was treated with covered endovascular stent grafts. Six ruptures were sealed successfully with four stent grafts. Results Thrombosis of the false lumen were confirmed by transesophageal ultrasonography during the operations. No leak or displacement of the stents occurred. Local dissection of the ascending aorta was detected in one patient. All patients recovered smoothly. Conclusion Although the long term results are not available, yet early results of transluminal endovascular stent graft in treatment of chronic DeBakeyⅢb dissection are satisfactory.
