摘要 目的 用彩色多普勒血流测定的方法评价海捷亚对高血压病患者肾血流的影响。方法 II期高血压病 3 0例 ,口服海捷亚 1片 /日 ,共 4周。服药前及服药后第二、第四周末测定肾血流。结果 用药四周后血压均显著下降 ,肾内血流由低速高阻型变为高速低阻型。段动脉和叶间动脉的收缩期最大血流速度 (Vs)、舒张期末最低血流速度 (Vd)、血流峰值加速时间 (AT)、阻力指数 (RI)和脉冲指数 (PI)均较用药前明显改善 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 )。血压降低与肾血流参数之间呈明显直线相关。结论 海捷亚在降压的同时可改善肾血流。 Objective To evaluate the influence of Hyzaar (Losartan 50mg+Hydrochlothizide12.5mg) on the renal blood flow of hypertension with the color Doppler flow imaging. Methods All the 30 cases of essential hypertension were given Hyzaar 1 tablet per day for four weeks. At the end of second and fourth week, we measured the patients' renal blood flow with color Doppler. Results All the patients' blood pressure lowered apparently after four weeks' treatment with Hyzaar. The Vs, Vd, PI, RI and AT improved apparently at the end of the fourth week. There was a direct relationship between the blood pressure lowering and the improvement of the parameters of renal blood flow. Conclusion Hyzaar can not only lower blood pressure, but also improve the renal blood flow.
