摘要
[目的]为了研究重组HDV抗原的性质及与其它HDV抗原的差别。[方法]本文用ELISA方法对重组HDAg进行了测定,并与肝脏提取的HDAg及美国HDAg进行了比较实验。[结果]重组HDAg能与抗-HD特异性结合,中和抑制试验平均抑制率为86%,该抗原在37℃放置1~7d稳定性良好。[结论]三种抗原对抗-HD阳性血清和HBsAg阳性血清的检测结果一致,表明基因重组 HDAg可以替代诊断试剂中的其他HDV抗原。
[Objective] In order to study quality of recombinant antigen of hepatitis delta virus (HDV) and its difference from other HDV antigens. [Methods] The recombinant HDV antigen was detected with ELISA and compared with HDV antigen from woodchuck liver tissue and United States. [Results]The results showed that recombinant HDV antigen reacted with antibody to HDV (anti - HD) particularly, and the average inhibitory rate was 86% in neutralization inhibitory tests. The recombinant HDV antigen kept steady in 37℃ for 1 - 7 days. [Conclusions]The results of three antigens were identical in tests of anti - HDV positive sera and HBsAg positive sera. These findings suggest that recombinant HDV antigen can substitute other HDV antigen in diagnostic reagents.
